TJ Rogers – President/CEO
TJ graduated from Butler University with a bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics. Prior to college TJ worked for his father Tom as an electrician’s helper as early as 15 years old and advanced to journeyman electrician. After college TJ and his father started Accurate Controls, building programmable logic control systems for the State of Wisconsin Corrections. He has experience in all aspects of ACI’s operations including engineering, programming, manufacturing, and project coordination, but his primary focus is on business development. He works closely with architects, engineers, construction managers and contractors across the United States on technical system designs and innovations for the corrections industry. TJ has led ACI’s growth as a leader in the security automation industry. Any spare time he has, TJ spends with his wife, son, and the many children they mentor, foster, and care for, including through the foreign exchange program. His many interests vary with the seasons. His winter favorites include skiing and snowmobiling; spring and summer are for water-skiing, wake surfing, fishing and golfing. In the fall it turns to fishing and hunting. He is also an avid sports fan.
Duwayne Verch Jr. – Chief Operations Officer
Duwayne graduated from UW-Madison with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. He began his career with Accurate Controls in 1993 and his experience includes operations management, programming, and engineering. Duwayne possesses strong technical skills and industry knowledge. He has established strong working relationships with the largest private prison builders in the United States and manages ACI’s relations with them as well as many other architects and engineers. Duwayne is also responsible for oversight of the programming, engineering and manufacturing departments. Duwayne is married, has one daughter, and a cat. In his spare time he likes to spend time with family and friends, cheer at sporting events, sing in the church choir, and never miss his morning jog. He is active in church, and is an avid Packer/Brewer/Badger fan.
Jason Loewe – Chief Development Officer
Jason graduated from Ripon College with a bachelor’s degree in Economics, and joined Accurate Controls in 2003. Jason’s prior experience in the financial industry as a Credit Analyst and VP of Commercial Lending has been an asset in his responsibilities as an estimator, lead project coordinator, and Director of Operations at Accurate Controls. He has extensive experience with technical systems design, developing many retrofit project designs. He works closely with construction managers, architects and engineers to develop electronic security system designs and budgets for new projects. Jason is responsible for oversight of the project management, field services and service departments. Jason and his wife Jeri have three children, Luke, Emma and Jackson. His motto is work hard, play hard. When it is time to play he enjoys walking with Jeri, watching his kids play sports, coaching, family vacations to northern Wisconsin or Table Rock Lake in Branson, MO, fishing and whitetail deer hunting.
Kelly Krause – Director of HR & Marketing
Kelly graduated from UW-Oshkosh with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism. She worked for 14 years with Alliance Laundry Systems in Ripon as their Advertising and Public Relations Manager. In 2004 she moved into the health care industry, holding management positions in Marketing, Community Relations and Brand Management. Kelly started with Accurate Controls in 2018. Her responsibilities include employee relations and orientation, HR administration, recruitment, marketing oversight for web, social media, and print, and local community relations. Kelly is married to Tom and their kids are Mitchell, Paige, and a yellow lab named Cuda. She likes to spend time with family and friends, support the kids with their sports and activities, take family vacations, and cheer on the Packers.
Angie Beuthin – Chief Financial Officer
Angie graduated from Carroll College with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She joined Accurate Controls in 2010, with prior experience at an investment firm in Milwaukee as a Tax Specialist/Controller. In addition, she currently holds a CPA license in the State of Wisconsin. Angie is responsible for all accounting activity at ACI including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting. Angie is married to Mitch and their kids are Max, Lucy, and Henry. She likes to cook, bake, and support her three kids at various sporting events.
Bill Olm – Vice President of Operations
Bill graduated from Ripon College with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Economics. He started his career with Accurate Controls in 2007 as an intern, then joined the team full-time as an Assistant Project Manager. He worked in all aspects of projects by assisting in the field, engineering, management, and estimation. In 2010, Bill transitioned to Project Manager, taking some of the most complex and challenging projects. After five years he was promoted to Senior Project Manager. His responsibilities include the management of the project management team, development of standard processes, managing customer projects, scheduling field resources, and internal coordination to meet project deadlines. Bill enjoys spending time with his wife, child, and golden retriever, along with family and friends. He is interested in auto racing, hunting, golfing, biking, snowmobiling, and anything else automotive in his spare time. Throughout the summer months Bill will drag race competitively with his family.
Tyler Henslin – Director of Project Management
Tyler graduated from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He started his career with Accurate Controls in 2009 as in intern in our Project Management department and moved into a Project Management position after completing his studies. Tyler is responsible for coordinating all phases of projects, working with A&E’s, contractors, owners in an effort to effectively complete projects. Starting in 2019 Tyler transitioned into the Director of Project Management where he oversees the complete project management department. Tyler works closely with all department mangers to ensure a coordinated effort between all departments for all projects. Tyler enjoys spending time with family, friends and his lab named Jordy. He is interested in golfing, fishing, hunting and anything else sports related in his spare time. He is an avid Packer/Brewer/Badger fan.
Michael Connell – Director of Field Services
Jeromy Dahlke – Director of Service Sales
Jeromy started his career with Accurate Controls in 2000 as a Field Technician. He worked in the field for eight years learning all aspects of project installations, testing/certification, training, and service support. He then transitioned to Project Technician where he assisted customers with service issues as well as assisted Engineering with CAD development. In 2014 he became Engineering Team Manager. In this role, he led the engineering department, coordinated work schedules across multiple departments, contributed to project designs, and continued technical service work. In 2016 he became Customer Service Manager, with the creation of our Service Department. Jeromy's responsibilities for the management of the service department included development of standard processes, scheduling field resources, and assisting customers with service items. With Jeromy's new role he can focus on managing our existing customer base through service contracts and identifying opportunities to grow our service business. Jeromy is married, has three dogs and a step daughter that is a Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) graduate. In his spare time he enjoys doing home improvement projects and restoring his classic car with family and friends.
Rodney Kern – Director of Engineering
Rodney graduated from ITT Technical Institute with a degree in Electrical Engineering. Rodney is a Microsoft Certified Professional, and is Pelco Endura Video Manager System certified. Rodney worked for Jordan Controls in Milwaukee for several years in engineering, prior to becoming their Network Administrator. In 2004 he started his career with Accurate Controls as an Electrical Designer. He worked in all aspects of engineering projects, CAD, design, estimation, setup and configuration. In one year he transitioned to Engineering Team Manager. He oversaw the day to day operations with CAD and design, supporting project managers and field staff. In 2010, Rodney transitioned to a Project Manager, taking on some of the more complex and challenging projects. In 2016, he transitioned back to Engineering Team Manager, where he supervises the coordination and direction of projects including research and development of new system designs. Not surprising, Rodney likes to work with computers and electronics in his spare time. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
Steve Mancl – Director of Programming
Steve graduated from UW-Stevens Point with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems. He started his career with Accurate Controls as an intern in 2000. During his time as an intern, he worked in assembly, field start-up, troubleshooting, and assisted in our engineering and programming departments. Steve became a Programmer in 2002 and assisted with the development, testing, implementation, and support of our software. Three years later he became Software Development Manager. In addition to his previous duties, he is responsible for overseeing all department programmers through the development, testing, implementation, and support phases of a project. He also leads the development and implementation of Accurate Controls software standards. Steve is married and has two sons, and his free time is filled up coaching both the youth baseball and football teams.
Roger Liptow – Director of Production
Roger joined Accurate Controls in 2003 having over 15 years of electrical and electronics experience, in addition to 13 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced manufacturing operation. He is responsible for all aspects of project assembly scheduling, in-house equipment testing and certification, as well as training and development of production employees. Roger is married, and when he is able to get away from work, he enjoys drag racing. He also likes to cheer on the Packers and the Brewers.
Jim Goyette– Director of Information Technology
Jim joined Accurate Controls in 2010 with over 25 years of experience in banking, corporate, and manufacturing industries performing computer systems and network design, implementation, and management. Jim has an associate of science degree in engineering from the University of Wisconsin and studied business management at Cardinal Stritch University. Jim is responsible for Accurate Control’s internal computer systems, data and voice networks, and external network communications to remote employees and client facilities. Jim has a hobby farm with horses and horse drawn vehicles. He takes his horses to numerous community events in the area to provide carriage or wagon rides. When not busy with his animals, he enjoys Badger and Packer games, and exploring the ravine-lined creek on his farm.
